GIFT SHOP & FLORAL STUDIO

GENERAL GIFT AND FLORAL STUDIO ITEMS.  Must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.      *EXCEPTIONS BELOW.*

DESIGNER WREATHS:  Must be returned within 24 hours of purchase date.

WALL ART: Must be returned within 72 hours of purchase date.

SALE MERCHANDISE:  No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Upon presentation of a cash register receipt, the customer may receive either a cash refund, charge card credit or exchange the item for other merchandise in the store.  (MC or Visa charge slips do not qualify as cash register receipts.) 

CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURN POLICY

Christmas gifts must be returned before January 1 for an even exchange only.  Returned item(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt.  Sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable.  DESIGNER WREATHS and WALL ART remain as the normal 24-hour return and 72-hour policy respectively. 

GARDEN CENTER

All plants including shrubs, trees, roses and grasses are final sale and are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Sales Tax TOP

A sales tax of 7.00% is added to orders shipped to Ohio addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Ohio.

Payment Options TOP

For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Pay Pal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

Pay Pal is free and easy to use. You can pay VISA, MasterCard, Discover and e-check or directly from your bank account. If paying with an e-check, it must clear before shipment can be made. E-Checks can take 3-5 days to clear. Please remember this if your order has a dead line.

We do not accept cash, or CODs.

At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to international, APO & FPO addresses & US Territory addresses.

At Baker's Village Garden Center, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Baker's Village Garden Center will accept returns within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges on items that Lost, Delayed or Damaged TOP

Baker’s Village Garden Center is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.

Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEX are traceable and automatically insured for $100.

Shipping and Delivery TOP

At Baker's Village Garden Center, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. 

The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

We strive to ship all orders placed by noon Eastern Time within 48 hours! Our 48 hours shipping applies to in-stock items only and the order must be paid in full.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:01pm EST, Saturday, or Sunday, will ship on Monday. In addition, orders placed on legal US holidays will also ship the following business day.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the value of the merchandise shipped to each address using the chart below.

Additional Delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery.
